Solution Sprint
#Metoo in Hospitality
In response to the 2017 #MeToo movement with many friends and partners I launched the non-profit Women in Hospitality United with a mission to build a community of passionate advocates for equity in the restaurant industry. I designed the Solution Sprint a day-long stakeholder that over 700 people have attended. Each event is designed and led by local stakeholders interested in exploring a variety of key issues from closing the wage gap to ending sexual violence in restaurants.
